Episode Summary

This Friday's Tea Reads is a poem that's perfect for spring. Sophie and I are discussing 'Spring in the Classroom' by Mary Oliver, the Pulitzer Prize winning poet. This poem reminds us of our childhood and young adulthood, when we yearned to be outdoors enjoying the first glorious days of Spring, but instead were confined to our desks, studying for end of year exams. With an entertaining twist at the end, however, Mary Oliver shows that spring fever doesn't run in the blood of only the very young!
